Where exactly are you located in Niagara Falls? +
We're located at 4670 Third Ave, Niagara Falls, ON L2E 4L5 — just minutes from the Rainbow Bridge border crossing. Free on-site parking is available and our hours are Monday to Friday 9am–7pm and Saturday to Sunday 10am–7pm, with extended summer hours June through September.
What if my package arrives damaged? +
We inspect and note any visible damage on every package when it arrives. If something looks wrong, we'll reach out to you right away by phone so you can deal with the retailer before making the trip — we never want you to show up disappointed.

You pay when you pick up your packages. We accept cash and e-transfer (Zelle or similar). Payment is per package based on weight — $2.99 USD for packages up to 40 lbs and $5.00 USD for packages between 41 and 70 lbs. No upfront fees, no surprises.
How will I know when my package has arrived? +
As soon as your package arrives at our facility, we'll send you a notification by phone. You'll know it's safe with us and ready whenever you make the trip over.
Is there a weight limit per package? +
We accept packages up to 70 lbs. Packages up to 40 lbs are $2.99 USD, and packages between 41 and 70 lbs are $5.00 USD. If you're expecting something heavier than 70 lbs, give us a call and we'll see what we can do.
