How long will you hold my packages? +
We hold your packages for up to 60 days at no extra charge. You'll receive a friendly reminder before your holding period ends. If you need a little more time, just give us a call and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
How and when do I pay? +
You pay when you pick up your packages. We accept cash and e-transfer (Zelle or similar). Payment is per package based on weight — $2.50 for packages up to 30 lbs and $5.00 for packages between 31 and 70 lbs. No upfront fees, no surprises.
Is there a weight limit per package? +
We accept packages up to 70 lbs. Packages up to 30 lbs are $2.50, and packages between 31 and 70 lbs are $5.00. If you're expecting something heavier than 70 lbs, give us a call and we'll see what we can do.
